Found this place on Yelp. We went on Wednesday night. I was very (pleasantly) surprised to find the restaurant at capacity. We had to sit at the sushi bar but that is our preference anyway. The chef gave us a complimentary squid salad which was outstanding while we waited on our rolls. The food and service were both outstanding!
We plan to go back Saturday night before heading home. -

We decided to give this place a try on a Tuesday which just happened to be "half off" night. The restaurant was busy enough, but not so busy that we had to wait for a table. I had the George roll, the smoked salmon roll, and my son had the California roll. All of them were delicious. The customer service was very good and the food was served in a timely manner. We will be back.

It was okay. I honestly think the sushi at HEB is better. I did like their fried rice and lo mien. The drunken noodles were different that what I'm used to but not in a good way. Waiter was nice though so stars to that.

Don't care for Sushi myself but everyone that was with me seemed to think it was good. I had the Shrimp teriyaki with fried rice and it was OK. Over all the service was good and everyone there seemed to enjoy what they had. The spring rolls had a little rubbery texture but other than that I guess if you like sushi it's not a bad place to go.

Went with a friend who supposedly had never had sushi before. We seated ourselves and received prompt service. I ordered the sushi sampler and the tofu pad thai and she ordered the Mongolian beef. The Pad Thai was generously portioned and was still steaming as she placed it before me. It was touch sweeter than I would have liked and not quite as spicy as I expected (will get the Very Hot next time), but still enormously satisfying. My friend enjoyed the flavor of her Mongolian beef, but voiced concerns that the beef came from some "other" part of the cow, the true origins of which, she wasn't sure she wanted to know. I tried it and immediately said the texture reminded me of "mollejas" or sweetbreads. The sampler platter had seared tuna, salmon, tuna sashimi, some kind of tempura roll, and a seaweed salad with some kind of squid. The salad was a treat, crunchy and briny like the ocean, and that was a huge hit with the both of us. She dared me to give the sake a try, and it was A-OK, served warm and not nearly as strong I expected. I can't wait to go back and sample from their overwhelming selection of sushi rolls.
